Hello everyone. Our NC 895 has recently arrived at the dealer and is now undergoing some upgrades. One of the upgrades we had selected was for an electric fresh water head. We've learned that the electric unit the dealer ordered is a few inches taller than the one that came with the boat and in order to install it they'll have to remove the fold-down bench that covers the head when not in use. Does anyone have any experience with installing an electric head on the 895 and manage to find one that will allow the bench to remain?

Travis, I’ve ordered the same thing via Sundance in Washington. I’ll call the installer and find out if they’ve got another solution, since they haven’t mentioned anything like that.
What dealer are you working with?

Hi pnw895owner. Thanks! We've purchased our 895 through Milltown in Vancouver, BC. After a little digging I found a potential option which would be to install this Jabsco conversion kit Jabsco Electric Conversion Kit on the existing toilet. If your installer has any insight that would be much appreciated. Travis

Ah good to know. So did you go back to manual instead? Yes, but it was quite a few years ago, so maybe they have improved...
