They used to be linked to Network Yacht Brokers and I think are in the same marina - so I would give these guys a call, they should know if they have gone... www.networkyachtbrokers.com/office-page/conwy/Hope you get your refund...

Vasko - from Facebook.
-----------
It is with great sadness we regret to inform all our customers in the Conwy Area that Yacht Chandlers Conwy Ltd will be closing the shop in Conwy Marina as of today.
We have enjoyed meeting you all over the years and offering the best chandlery service we possibly can, we hope you feel the same!
The website will continue to run as always, and we will be offering special online deals on some of our remaining stock so stay tuned to our special offers section in the coming weeks!
We want to offer our thanks to all our patrons past and present and wish you all a Happy New Year.
-----------
It says the website will continue - but who knows.
The user on facebook is called "Marine Chandlers Conwy"

I knew the team up there quite well once upon a time. They used to be run by the Network Yacht Brokers office there but diverged from them a couple of years ago to run as an independent operation when that office was sold to Quay Marinas (who didn't want to run a chandlers) so they no longer had any direct ties to NYB, it looks like it hasn't worked out in the longer run Fingers crossed you get your money back Vasko, I'd try the Facebook page as others have pointed to - if there's anything I can do to help with replacement parts give me a shout and I'll do my best.

Normally the best shout will be your local dealer.
I’m based in South Wales but happy to help elsewhere if I can! Feel free to send me a PM if you want and I’ll do my best.
