Hi All,
I have a Jeanneau 349 which has what looks at a glance like too large a rake in the mast. I know they have more than usual to compensate in part for the lack of backstay I think but it seems unusually leant back.
It is a furling mast and the factory has sent us measurements which we'll get measured to check it conforms to the factory standard but I'm interested does anyone have a photo of their furling mast Jeanneau SO349 they'd be willing to share taken from abeam of their boat that shows the amount of rake they have in theirs so we can see if it is the same as others or if ours is usually excessive.
The only ones I can find on google are taken only showing the first few feet of mast from the deck so it doesn't really show me the rake they have.
Many Thanks for any help given!
