I think the colour in the catalog is Grey Cedar. I'm almost positive it's not teak from memory however be bit careful as I'm not sure if the N.American market has exactly the same brochures as the European market (might do, just not sure).
In your position I'd ask your dealer to tell you definitively which one and also they should have a selection of samples, fabric and wood for you to touch and feel and poke.
I think the boat at Annapolis was in Teak but again the dealer should able to confirm which it was (the factory publishes spec list to them for the boats on display).
Colour is distinctly personal preference and I know will vary across the pond but here in Europe the vast majority are sold in the Grey cedar.

Have seen both. In the catalog color is grey cedar Teak is much darker. The boat looks warmer but less light. The teak looks with good quality but we can see a difference from natural one We have oredered our 440 in grey cedar
