I just realized that about the only space on my 469 that does not have a house current outlet is the master cabin. Seriously? Is mine alone? Or maybe it’s just hidden somewhere?

Ahoy Moonshadow, your owners manual, if you are fortunate to have one, should detail, well kind of detail, the AC wire flow and outlets. On my 44 the aft cabin AC outlet is on the aft side panel of the starboard locker/closet. However my 44 does not have any AC outles in the heads. My Admiral complaines each season that she cannot use her hairdryer on board. One of those projects I am getting to.

On our SO439, the Master Cabin (forward) has a 12v & AC outlet under the vanity... where your knees would be while sitting on the small stool.. Hard to see and hard to reach, but has a cord/cable opening into the table. All very similar to the outlet by the chart table. Maybe the 469 has similar setup.
The lack of outlets in the heads is a nuisance. We had an outlet in the head compartment on our SO35, but not on SO439.

It may well be due to regulations, in UK houses at least 240v outlets cannot be put in bathrooms, the only exception is if they are double coiled low amp units for shavers etc Water and electricity can be a fatal mix...

Puravida, thanks for the tip! Sure enough I have an outlet under the vanity. On my boat the 12 volt outlet is below the cabinets. I appreciate the help. I did run a 120v outlet to my Lazarette to use for tools and my Watermaker. I used a GFCI but not needed since the aft cabin outlet I used as a power source is already protected.
