Sounds well worth a try. This video shows only 5 mins working time though and it very watery, so might get runs easily, but should not need much thickness. I had been looking at some of the nano - ceramic coatings that are around eg: www.glidecoat.co.uk/ but they seem to have mixed reviews. I spoke to the UK agent recently about their propeller coating, he said surface prep is the main issue in keeping it attached - rather like propspeed...

Apparently there is a Greek made translucent anti-foul which is supposed to offer unique qualities.
I only know one person who has tried it and he won't be doing so again by all accounts.
