Cracks in gelcoat on a SO 43DS

I order a SO 43DS on 2000 and it was delivered on late 2001, after 1 year I found many yellow spot on the deck.
I reported it to Jeanneau and they told me that it was a problem that they had in many of the boats built that year. It took them 2 years to provide me with a product that would clean. The result was not satisfactory, at the same time I started noticing small cracks and gel-coat defects all around the deck. I took pictures and send them to the dealer in Annapolis who was supposed to
send to Jeanneau. After a month and a half with out hearing from them, I contacted Jeanneau directly and they are telling me that the warranty won't cover this kind of defects. I am very disappointed with the company and I will like to know from you if you had noticed similar defects on your boats.
