Looking to install a hot water bypass on my 2015 Sun Odyssey 439. This would make winterizing much easier. Does anyone have experience doing this and if so where were you able to find the bypass kit with 15mm quick connects. We found one kit but it requires a lot of step down connections and it's too bulky for the small space. Any help with this puzzle would be appreciated.

Why would you bypass? If you want to use water in the winter but don't want water in the boiler, simply add a valve on the inlet of the boiler.

Yes Marien , but adding this valve he will still not be able to winterise the hot water hoses .
Westmich ,
Quite a lot of hassle just for winterising . Does your inlet supply to the boiler has a valve ? I take it you drain the hot water boiler before the winter sets in , yes ?
Do you fill the system with a product that you pour in to the water tank ? If so , and you also have a boiler inlet valve , set the galley tap halfway between hot and cold , make sure the boiler is empty and open to the atmosphere ( pressure less ) Open the tap slightly and block the outlet ( with hand or plug ) , the water with product will now fill both cold and hot water lines. Provided no check-valves are to be found in your systems , most likely there are none. Do the same for the sink in the wet cell / head . Job done without the need of a bypass.
Boiler inlet valve is needed though.
Regards
Edit:
boiler inlet valve is always handy in case you have a leak in the boiler or boiler safety valve. This way you can still use the cold water circuit .

I simply pull the HW output line off the top of the tank, and the CW input line off the bottom, and connect the two with hose clamps and a short length of pipe. Two minutes tops. Then open the valve to the drain line and drain the water from the tank.

This is a great improvement. I did this on my Beneteau 321 and winterized it myself for 20 years. I bought a kit from an RV store as I recall. Had a valve which diverts water either into the hot water tank or around it. I would drain the hot water tank and divert the water with the pink solution.
We will have a 389 next year and I have to put the same in.
