Guys, I've posted here today with hope.... Fact is you can log in to the Beneteau site with hull number and review all the part specifications, yes it took me almost a year to the parts I wanted but in the end I got them, Jeanneau, no where to look, no parts list nothing, we're in the dark....I just don't get it.

I agree that a parts identification site would be nice, but I have been pleased with the assistance from the north american customer rep who has provided part numbers for me and overseen the actual ordering of the parts - albeit our boat is only 3 years old.

Morning Phil. We've had our boat for 4 years now and didn't even ask about a parts list. We did get a big box of paperwork and manuals when we bought Affinity. From this we can get most of the details we need. Jeanneau customer service also so sent us the line diagrams for the boat which are very useful. Other than that when something breaks we find an alternative until we can get the item fixed. The guys on this forum are really good and between us we seem to have most issues sorted. Keep asking specific question here and I'm sure someone around the world will be able to help. Also see this thread: jeanneau.proboards.com/thread/3718/propeller-sizeThe HIN may be in the engine compartment. Ian

You can contact Gilles at Jeanneau USA and he knows everything and is quick to respond. But then the problem becomes getting the part. Use to be able to get them from Jeanneau but now I guess they want you to go to a dealer. I needed a new lock on a cockpit locker and contacted a dealer in California this year and contacted one last year for another item. Never heard from either.
Hope they get it worked out. We are headed to Turkey for next winter and maybe the dealer there can get parts.
