Can anyone let me know the RAL code for my standard white GRP 2004 (2005 model) Jeanneau SO 37? I think it is the standard Beneteau white RAL - 9016? Someone told me this white shade is used across the Beneteay Jeanneau range.
I will be repairing a 2 metre scratch topsside when the weather improves .
Thanks

Jeffery I would suggest it would be well worth noting your full HIN number then asking one of the guys at Euroyachts: www.euroyachts.com/contact.htm to check the Jeanneau production database - it should ensure an exact match Malcolm

Thanks Webcrew. The yacht was purchased new from Euroyachts (Largs) by the previous owner.

I contacted a Jeanneau agent in the West of Scotland and I was offered a small amount in a container to effect the repair. Very kind of them to offer but it was the code I was after. This would not be tolerated in the car industry where European block exemption rules exists whereby one can use parts from different suppliers providing they satisfy the minimum B.S. standard of the original car constructor.

Jeanneau gave me 1KG of Jeanneau gelcoat to repair some minor marks! on it were the jeanneau codes for all their colours. This was to repair a 2003 SO43 but the gelcoat looked the same as my 2000 SO37 so I think the colours are pretty satandard across the range for the SO.
Beige 10954
Grey 10338
White 1108
White 10785
Blue 21346
Grey 10321
Grey final
Green 30145
Beige 1243
White 10503 DECK and hull
hope this helps

Gentlemen , I can assure you that the colors are a perfect match. A few years ago I have done a major repair on my bow , please forgive me not giving you any details about that incident and/or cause of the damage as it was kind of embarrasing ? therefor I didn't even made an essay of it for the H&T forum. ? . Anyway the repair turned out OK and I can tell you that even a critique for his own work like myself does not see a difference in color . Once you wetsand ( grind 2000) through the old gelcoat toplayer the newly ordered gelcoat is a perfect match. But ,..... Dont expect the new gelcoat to remain the same during storage. Even when stored cold it degrades after 2 or 3 years . Infact , it is said to use and get rid of the rest a year later. Recently I had some touching up to do here and there on the deck and noticed a serious difference in shade on the repaired spots . So , I will hold back for now and wait until a few more bruises occur and order a new pot and also re-do the last smail repairs. Good thing Zanshin stored the page. Regards
