Does anyone know if jeanneau is giving away the Sun Fast range?? In Jeanneau's web page only appears the Sun Fast 32 I (2005)

The current Sun Fast line up is being replaced with the Sun Odyssey "Performance" range which has taller rigs and optional different and deeper keels (although deck not keel stepped) There are some other performance tweaks but the performance versions retain coachroof mainsheet tracks etc

Is there going to be a more race oriented version or series out at a later date, with the deep keels, cockpit mainsheet track, larger single wheel over dual wheels etc?
I saw a 39i performance yesterday at a show, overall nice, but lacking a few go fast things as above that I personally would like to see. Kinda liked the C&C 115 next to it a bunch better for speed etc.

Hi Marty
Things seem to have changed with Jeanneau philosophy, a few months ago there was talk of a complete new Sun Fast range, but it now seems the current thinking is to make a clear distinction from the sibling range of Beneteau. The Beneteau First range which for years have been cruiser/racers in the latest guise are far more race oriented - I looked at the new First 34.7 yesterday which has all the gizmo's that you mention, including bowsprit and keel stepped mast. With boats I think it hard to say never but I don't think there will be direct replacement at least for a few seasons

Malcolm,
That would make sense, ie make a distiction tween Beneteau and Jeanneau, along with Waiquez (spelling?) for that matter also. I think there is another sailboat within GB also in Europe, but not sold here in the states.
It appears Jeanneau is going with deck salon and performance aft cockpit cruisers, and skipping the cruiser/racer or racer/cruiser setups.
